他後來加入了BAAG(英國抗曰組織) 為同胞們服務。
My great grandpa—Tai, Lung Hing—was born on 7 December 1908. His father is Tai, Ying Fu and and mother Yu, Chao Mui. He is the only son in the family with 3 elder sisters. He is a smart student and always scores good grades. He graduated from Yaumati Government Primary School in Kowloon and was admitted to the Queen’s College in Causeway Bay on the Hong Kong Island, the very top and well known secondary school in Hong Kong. The founder of the Republic of China, Dr. Sun Yat Sen was a graduate from that school many years ago. Upon graduation from Queen’s College, Lung Hing joined the Hong Kong Police in 1934 as a Chinese/ English interpreter up to the time of Japanese occupation in Dec 1941. It was a very well respected job with the Hong Kong British Colonial Government. Very few local Chinese people understood English language then. He enjoyed the job acting as a bridge between the Government and the local citizen.

After the Japanese took over Hong Kong, my great grandpa joined the underground resistance group,
BAAG ( British Army Aid Group) for the well-being of his fellow man. The group was rounded up by
Japanese soldiers in June 1944 consequent to the betrayal of one of their group members. More
detail was given in the attached report of a local paper, Hong Kong South China Morning Post in 1996.
He and his team mates of about 36 were executed on the beach of Big Wave Bay in Shek O on the
Hong Kong Island on 30 Oct 1944.
